BSB Deutschland was established to address the serious the shortage of skilled workersin Germany. According to the Cologne Institute for Economic Research, there could be a shortage of around 500,000 nurses in inpatient care in Germany by 2035. BSB creates solutions for this problem. Through the targeted recruitment of well-trained nursing staff from abroad, BSB contributes to closing the gap in the supply of skilled workers.
